Wines
Limited-edition rosé, red and white wines with PGI Thracian Lowlands, made from single varieties and blends. Grown with care, matured in French barrels and made using selected traditional, environmentally conscious practices.
Vineyards
Limited-yield grapes from the northern slopes near the Maritsa River allow us to produce boutique wines from prized varieties, including Tamianka, Sandanski Misket, Rubin, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Melnik, Syrah and Nebbiolo, as well as blends.

Zenis Rubin 2023
Made from one of Bulgaria’s rarest grape varieties.
Zenis Rubin 2023 is made from Rubin, a Bulgarian variety created by crossing Syrah and Nebbiolo.
At Strajdata Winery, grapes are hand-picked from our own vineyards near Pazardzhik. A limited edition of just 700 bottles makes each vintage special.
